Refund Policy

At Studio 621 Events, all services are carefully planned, reserved, and executed specifically for each client. For this reason, our refund policy is as follows:

Retainers & Payments

• All retainers are non-refundable and secure your event date and services.

• Retainers cover administrative work, planning time, design development, vendor coordination, and the reservation of availability.

• No services will be rendered until the retainer has been received.

Cancellations

• If a client cancels services for any reason, all payments made up to the date of cancellation remain non-refundable.

• Any outstanding balances for work already completed or expenses incurred will remain due.

Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made in writing.

• Retainers may be applied to a rescheduled date at the sole discretion of Studio 621 Events and may be subject to rescheduling fees.

• If the event cannot be rescheduled, standard cancellation terms apply.

Third-Party Vendors

• Studio 621 Events is not responsible for refunds issued by third-party vendors (including but not limited to venues, rentals, florists, caterers, or entertainers).

• Vendor refunds are subject to each vendor’s individual policies and contracts.

Force Majeure

• In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), refunds are not guaranteed. Studio 621 Events will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services where possible.

No Refunds After Event

• Once an event has taken place, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
