All event planning, coordination, styling, and design services are subject to a written agreement, proposal, or invoice. Services are not confirmed until a signed agreement and required payment are received.
Payments & Retainers
All retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Retainers secure availability and cover administrative, planning, and design work. Failure to submit payments by required deadlines may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client-initiated cancellations for any reason result in forfeiture of all payments made. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval and may incur additional fees.
Third-Party Vendors
Studio 621 Events may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors but is not responsible for their performance, actions, or refund policies. Vendor agreements are between the client and the vendor.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, concepts, timelines, and materials created by Studio 621 Events remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Studio 621 Events is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including vendor failures, venue issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. Liability is limited to the extent permitted under California law.
Photography & Marketing
Studio 621 Events may photograph or document events for portfolio and marketing purposes unless written notice is provided prior to the event.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
